It is mild yet suitable for relief of giddiness, headache, blocked nose and cold, stomach-ache, insect bites, rheumatic pain, muscular pain.Uses: Provides temporary relief of headaches, colds, and blocked noses, muscular and joint pains, stomach discomfort, wind, giddiness, or travel sickness, and soothes itching from insect bites.Active ingredients:Menthol crystals, eucalyptus oil, methyl salicylate, essential oil, camphor.Directions:Apply a few drops to the affected area and massage gently.(a) For stuffy nose: Apply 2-3 drops to a handkerchief or tissue paper and inhale deeply. (b) To relieve flatulence and stomach discomfort, Apply the oil to the navel region and cover it with a hot towel. Repeat the hot towel application whenever necessary.
